Evan Stewart; a name synonymous with Dallas entrepreneurial and real estate success. As a Dallas native and having a business owner for a father, Evan learned early on the importance of building and maintaining incredible relationships. This upbringing, combined with his own experiences as an entrepreneur and REALTOR®, instilled a deep understanding of the complexities of modern and traditional business practices. Evan prides himself in leveraging the wide array of skills necessary to stay relevant in Dallas residential and luxury real estate. Not to mention his affiliation with Ebby Halliday allows him to provide deep value, stemming from both traditional and new systems of business.

Evan’s mission is simple: “to inspire, impact, and improve the lives of others,” through both his professional and personal interactions. The fundamental structure of Evan’s business is built upon genuine relationships; emphatically caring for each client’s unique situation, while expertly navigating the turbulent waters of complicated real estate transactions. Nilza Rueckert

Nilza’s fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, combined with her extensive international travel history, provides a unique ability for her to personally connect with a wide clientele. Nilza’s success throughout her career has hinged on an un-relentless dedication to succeed and a clear desire to fulfill her clients’ needs with committed,
unparalleled service. In addition to her years of experience, Nilza also holds the premier SRS designation. As a “Seller Representative Specialist,” Nilza leverages an exceedingly high level of professional expertise, far beyond the average licensee.

Mandy Mahoney

Mandy entered into real estate in 1996, with an initial focus on strategic marketing and team productivity management. During those initial years, the lessons she learned became the framework in which her business was constructed. Since then, her experience has broadened into the commercial space, and expanded through managing complicated residential and commercial investment portfolios. An avid investor herself, Mandy advocates the importance of investing both personally and professionally. For Mandy, real estate has always been a perfect fit; her heart was truly in serving individuals, and helping families achieve their goals through homeownership. A self-proclaimed “servant-leader,” she works collaboratively with her clients through the buying or selling process, and leads through her decades of professional experience.

She spends her free time with her husband, Brad, and their dog, Ansel. (They enjoy dining out at any Dallas restaurant with a dog-friendly patio!) Mandy has also taught Iyengar Yoga for many years and while she does not currently teach, she still enjoys to practice. In addition, Mandy loves to read and is part of a book club with an incredible group of women.
